The 3-stage polishing system is perfect for all ceramics, including zirconium dioxide, used in the dental laboratory, but also for NEM alloys and titanium. High-gloss surfaces are created on these alloys in a very short time. Due to the special production process, the diamond grit is optimally distributed and a natural bond is formed, which absorbs the heat generated during polishing and thus prevents damage to the sensitive ceramic restorations – especially on zirconium. The high removal of the natural diamond grain ensures smooth surfaces as preparation for high-gloss polishing and can also influence the design of the design. For the individual machining of all areas of crown and bridge work, the CeraGlaze polisher is available in 4 shapes. The three polishing stages range from coarse, abrasive pre-polish (green) to the medium, slightly smoothing polish (blue), which produces a slight shine, to high-gloss polish (yellow), which corresponds to a new gloss firing. Technologie & Wirkung

Dank eines innovativen Produktionsverfahrens ist die Diamantkörnung optimal verteilt und fest in der Poliermatrix gebunden.
Diese natürliche Bindung absorbiert entstehende Wärme, verhindert dadurch Beschädigungen an empfindlichen keramischen Restaurationen – insbesondere bei Zirkon – und sorgt für eine gleichmäßige, formstabile Politur.

Der hohe Abtrag der Naturdiamantkörnung ermöglicht nicht nur das Glätten, sondern auch eine gezielte Formgebung der Oberfläche.
