Introducing the first MPF Composite Mixing Plate Warming Palette ever developed. This unique innovation is designed to bring the composite to a more malleable consistency that helps the user manipulate the composite when restoring small or large spans, especially when extensive gingival adjustment is required in hybrid cases. The body of the pallet is made of a polycarbonate material called “Makrolon” and has stable UV properties that prevent direct UV light from polymerizing the composite in the shell. In addition, the lid of the pallet box has the ability to remain open at any desired height to prevent direct light from your laboratory environment.
The glass plate is heated via an element fixed to the bottom of the glass plate and connected to the electronics on the main body of the pallet via a plastic connector. The glass top is 6 mm thick to avoid the risk of breakage at different temperatures.
The pallet has an on/off switch on the upper right side of the inner pallet. With the same button, the temperature display on the LCD display can be changed from Celsius to Fahrenheit by simply pressing it. If you hold down the on/off button for 3 seconds, the pallet will turn off.
The LCD display shows the temperature of the actual glass panel in either Celsius or Fahrenheit and can be increased or decreased using the +| buttons. Once the desired temperature has been selected, the pallet will take a few minutes to reach the desired temperature levels.
The pallet comes with a blade scraper, which is used to clean the glass top of composite residue without scratching the glass surface. Once the composite residue has been removed from the glass with the scraper, the glass surface can be wiped down with a clean paper towel and alcohol to clean it.
The pallet will automatically shut off after 5 hours if the device is accidentally left on.
Included in delivery: power plug cable, blade scraper.
