EldyClou high-performance adhesive 28 ml – light-curing adhesive – new horizons in bonding technology for high-performance polymers.
EldyClou high-performance adhesive was developed specifically for the permanent, high-strength bonding of engineering plastics. In combination with aluminium oxide, it enables exceptionally strong adhesion between demanding material groups such as PMMA, PET, PVDF, nylon (PA) and PEEK.
This innovative bonding technology opens up new possibilities in dental technology, in the laboratory and in industrial applications where maximum precision and reliability are required.
Recommended procedure for an optimal bond:
- Sandblast the surfaces to be bonded with aluminium oxide 100–120 µm at 4–6 bar.
- Then clean the surface thoroughly with compressed air.
- Apply EldyClou and light-cure for 60–90 seconds.
Commercially available aluminium oxide can be used.
Important note: do not use an additional bonding agent – EldyClou ensures maximum bond strength without additional adhesion promoters.
