NanoScanGel – precise, health-friendly scan gel for perfect digital results
NanoScanGel is the innovative alternative to conventional scan sprays – developed for maximum precision, easy application and maximum safety.
With a layer thickness of less than 5 microns, the gel is 2–3 times thinner than scan spray and ensures precise, detail-accurate digitisation without distorting the scan data.
NanoScanGel can be used on almost all materials – including metal, rubber, wax, PMMA, zirconia and stone – and provides an even, fine coating for perfect surface capture. After scanning, it can easily be removed with steam or a damp cloth – residue-free and gentle on the material.
Another advantage: the gel produces no harmful dust or spray mist and is therefore considerably safer than conventional scan sprays.
NanoScanGel also impresses with its outstanding cost-benefit ratio – more than 500 scans can be performed with a single abutment.
After about 15 applications, the material can be readjusted to its optimal consistency with the matching NanoScan Solution (thinner).
