The Panther Abutment Surface Kit was specially developed to process abutments of all kinds reliably, safely and in a biologically optimised way. With its slim, clearly structured instrument system, it enables you to create an ideal surface for improved tissue attachment using the two-stage Sirius Abutment Surface Protocol – a decisive factor for long-term implant success.
Stage 1 – Coarse finishing (rough)
With the instruments

the abutments are first structured and prepared. This stage reliably removes excess adhesive, shapes the form and creates the basis for the subsequent fine surface optimisation.
Stage 2 – Fine finishing & biological surface optimisation (smooth)
For the final finishing, especially in the submucosal area, the instruments

are used.
This allows you to achieve a defined residual roughness of Sa 0.21–0.4 µm – a range which, according to the literature, enables particularly favourable fibroblast attachment. This finely tuned surface quality supports stable, healthy and aesthetically high-quality soft tissue integration.
