1. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers (End Customers)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, or
in the case of partial deliveries, on which you have received the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods:

Custom-made products or goods manufactured specifically according to customer specifications,
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery,
Goods which are liable to deteriorate quickly or whose expiry date would be exceeded quickly.

2. Return Policy for Business Customers (B2B)

For business customers (dental technicians, dental laboratories, specialist dealers, etc.), no statutory right of withdrawal applies pursuant to Section 312g of the German Civil Code (BGB).

However, as a gesture of goodwill, we offer the following return options:

Returns within 10 days of receipt of the goods,
Only with prior written approval from BRIEGELDENTAL,
Only for unopened, undamaged, and original-packaged goods,
Returns at the buyer’s expense, including a copy of the invoice.

Processing Fees:

5% for exchanges to other products,
20% for refunds without replacement delivery,
10% for devices, equipment, or instruments (only with prior written approval).

The following items are excluded from return or exchange:

Medical devices pursuant to Section 3 of the German Medicinal Products Act (AMG),
Custom-made or special-order products,
Opened, damaged, or used products.
