The tray plate cleaner 1 litre + cup is a professional cleaning fluid for removing the dispersion layer from tray plates and custom impression trays. It ensures a clear, smooth surface and makes the filler material completely visible and exposed.
Thanks to the effective cleaning action, the surface is optimally prepared – in most cases, tray adhesive can be dispensed with entirely. The product is supplied ready to use with an airtight sealable cup, which allows simple and safe application.
When used in an ultrasonic bath (approx. 30 seconds in the fluid), residues are thoroughly removed, and under the microscope the individual glass beads of the tray structure are clearly visible – a sign of perfect cleaning and material exposure.
