Our new PatWheel surface matting wheels in 3 mm and 6 mm set new standards for the controlled, fine and safe processing of zirconia, ceramic and lithium disilicate surfaces. Developed for the highest demands in laboratory and practice, they offer incredibly pleasant handling, a silk-matt finish and maximum control at every speed level.
Three speed ranges – one perfect result
• Low speed
Gentle matting after the glaze firing – ideal for toning down ceramic surfaces in a controlled way without changing the structure.
• Medium speed
Soft, matt surface after surface texturing – perfectly prepared for a clean glaze firing or the final finish.
• High speed
Slightly abrasive processing of zirconia, ceramics & LS2 – for clean, even structures and finely controlled surface definition.
Versatile & precise – for every phase of processing
With the PatWheel, surfaces can be smoothed, refined and matted without damaging or distorting the material.
Also excellent for briefly reworking zirconia after sintering before ceramic or glaze material is applied.
