Our instant adhesives for dental laboratories and dental technology are designed for different requirements in everyday laboratory work. Whether for extremely fine bonding gaps, capillary bonding or universal fixing and repair work, the Green and Purple versions offer the right viscosity for a wide range of applications.

Both adhesive variants enable fast, reliable and precise processing and are particularly suitable for dental laboratory work where controlled application and strong, dependable bonding are essential.

The key difference is the viscosity and resulting flow behavior:

Green Instant Adhesive – Extra Thin:
With a viscosity of only 10–20 mPa·s, the Green version offers excellent capillary action. The adhesive penetrates even extremely fine cracks and narrow gaps, making it particularly suitable for delicate fixing and precision bonding. Gap-filling capacity is approximately 0.03 mm, with handling strength reached after approximately 5–15 seconds, depending on the application.

Purple Instant Adhesive – Universal & Controlled:
With a viscosity of 60–120 mPa·s, the Purple version has a slightly thicker consistency, allowing for particularly controlled and targeted application. It is the versatile all-round adhesive for everyday laboratory use and provides high-strength bonding of metals, ceramics, plastics and rubber, both to identical and different materials. With a gap-filling capacity of approximately 0.1 mm, it is also suitable for slightly larger bonding gaps. Handling strength is reached after approximately 2–10 seconds, depending on the material and application.

Which Version Should You Choose?
