Diamond Bands on Plastic Discs – Maik & Dascha

With our innovative diamond bands mounted on flexible plastic discs, we offer a completely new solution for the uniform smoothing of various dental materials. By bonding high-quality diamond bands onto a specially designed plastic disc, a grinding tool is created that adapts perfectly to the surface of the workpiece. This allows surfaces to be processed evenly and with a high level of control.

The product line consists of two variants:

Maik – Coarse Grit
Ideal for the first processing step and efficient surface smoothing. The coarse grit ensures rapid material removal and uniform surface preparation.

Dascha – Fine Grit
Perfect for the subsequent finishing step. The fine grit enables precise smoothing and significantly improves the surface quality.
