These high-quality sanding bands made of robust emery cloth have been developed specifically for dental model and denture processing. They offer excellent grinding performance, a long service life and allow rapid, controlled removal with a uniform grinding pattern.
The backed design ensures smooth running and prevents vibration – ideal for grinding stone model dies, acrylic dentures and for trimming dental arches.
Available in three grits for every application:

60 grit (coarse): for heavy material removal

80 grit (medium): for universal grinding work

120 grit (fine): for precise finishing and smooth surfaces
For optimal use, the sanding band mandrel is available separately:
a slotted, self-expanding rubber roller with handpiece shank, designed to hold the sanding bands. Thanks to the self-tensioning function, the sanding band is securely fixed – for a stable hold, quick changes and precise work.
This gives you a professional grinding system for efficient and clean results in everyday dental lab work.
