Since the introduction of CAD/CAM technology, the range of products in dental technology has virtually exploded. Even for polymers covering a wide range of applications, the selection of blanks is enormous. However, there are major differences in quality that cannot be seen from the outside, resulting above all from the manufacturing process.
In keeping with our high quality standards, we have chosen the high-quality thermoplastic polymers from DentalPlus GmbH in this area. Having partnered with DentalPlus for years in the injection-moulding process, we have long been familiar with these materials in cartridge form and with their biocompatibility. Thanks to a patented process, DentalPlus has succeeded in meeting these requirements in the form of blanks as well. Ongoing research and development demonstrate their extreme homogeneity, gap-free precision of fit, high fracture and flexural strength, and colour stability over many years. But "DentalPlus polymers" also mean: maximum biocompatibility and physiological safety, proven even with sensitive patients, excellent aesthetics and long-term durability – and of course "Made in Germany"!
In dental technology, the use of high-performance polymers has long since ceased to be limited to provisional restorations. Complete and partial dentures, crown and bridge work, splints, model casting and clasp technology, full-anatomical long-term provisionals – depending on the indication, choose between Eldy Plus®, Polyan Plus®, Dentalos Plus® or the PMMA Economic Line.
