Polyan Plus® is a premium CAD/CAM PMMA blank specifically developed for the fabrication of full dentures, implant-supported prostheses, removable partial dentures, and occlusal splints. Manufactured from industrially polymerized thermoplastic PMMA with advanced copolymer carbon chain technology, it delivers exceptional mechanical performance, dimensional stability, and long-term reliability.
Its excellent flexural strength, fracture resistance, and wear resistance make Polyan Plus® an ideal choice for modern digital denture workflows. Relines, repairs, and extensions can be easily performed using conventional cold-curing acrylics. Thermoplastic repair techniques are also fully compatible.

Biocompatibility
Polyan Plus® offers excellent biocompatibility and is suitable for patients with allergies or increased material sensitivity.
Processing Notes
- Avoid contact with high-concentration alcohol (60–90%) for more than 3 minutes, as this may cause stress cracking (crazing).
- Avoid exposure to acetone and benzene, as these chemicals may damage PMMA.
- Relines, repairs, and extensions can be performed using conventional cold-curing acrylic resins.
- Thermoplastic repair techniques are also possible.
