Putty silicone 85 Shore Helio is an addition-curing 1:1 silicone with excellent dimensional stability, tear resistance and detail reproduction, developed for fabricating silicone keys (index), check bites and denture repairs in the dental laboratory.
Its creamy, easily mouldable consistency allows precise work and exact reproduction of even the finest structures. Thanks to its high Shore hardness (85) and grindability, the material impresses with stability and precision – ideal for all applications in counter-mould technique, fixation, sealing and keying.
Due to its skin-friendly, addition-curing composition, the Helio putty silicone is particularly pleasant to work with – it can even be used without gloves.
Tip: After mixing and applying, curing in a pressure pot is recommended so that the silicone adapts optimally to the negative mould and achieves even better detail accuracy.
Available in the colours white / green, with a 1:1 mixing ratio.
