Lightblock Liquid – Alex Mix & Christians Mix
For maximum opacity on dark dies, titanium abutments & translucent zirconia
Our Lightblock Liquid – also known as zirconia opaquer liquid – is the perfect solution for reliably masking dark dies, discolourations or grey titanium abutments. The material penetrates the zirconia, makes it opaque, adds no thickness and ensures an evenly bright result.
Available in two versions, tailored to different requirements:
Alex Mix – for a white-opaque finish (2 components)
With the Alex Mix, the clear liquid is mixed 1:1 with the coloured solution.
The result: after a maximum of three brush applications the framework reliably becomes opaque white. Ideal when maximum brightening and perfect neutralisation of dark substrates are required.
Christians Mix – natural A2–A3 colouring (ready to use)
The Christians Mix colours the zirconia framework in an A2–A3 shade – perfect when a natural base shade is desired. Here too, reliable light blocking is achieved without the material adding thickness.

Instructions for use

Shake the bottle (for both versions).

For the Alex Mix only: place the clear liquid and the coloured solution in equal parts on a porcelain surface.
- Using a clean brush, paint the areas that are to become light-blocking.

Start the sintering process – the effect develops during firing.
