LiSiFuse Connect revolutionises the bonding of zirconia to other materials such as ceramics – safer, stronger and more reliable than any conventional method. While the extremely hard ZrO₂ surface normally offers little retention and the risk of cracks and chipping remains high, LiSiFuse Connect creates a completely new bonding base.
Thermochemical diffusion creates a LiSi₂-like surface that can be bonded directly – without bonding agent, without solders, without hydrofluoric acid etching. The result is a permanently stable, gap-free and secure bond.
