Putty silicone 85 Shore is an addition-curing 1:1 silicone with exceptional hardness, dimensional stability and precision, developed specifically for professional use in the dental laboratory. With a Shore hardness of 85, it offers maximum stability while remaining easy to shape and reproducing details exactly.
This silicone is ideal for fabricating silicone keys, check bites and denture repairs as well as for the counter technique in the easy form flask. Its high tear strength and grindability ensure a long service life and precise results, even with intensive processing.
Thanks to its excellent detail reproduction and heat resistance up to 200 °C, putty silicone 85 Shore is ideally suited for fixations, mock-ups, sealing, exact indexing and control keys – wherever maximum precision is required.
